I am Humanity I am a song of Hallelujah Echoing in the laughter Of blowing leaves And reckless grace I am a mushroom cloud Poetic verse flash-burnt Into the architecture of injustice I am an ancient fire Erupting from the scars Burned onto my ancestors Onto generations yet to be conceived I am a silent whimper Gasped from the white lips Of the helpless I am a freckle Masterfully sketched Onto the silk cheek Of the long-lost lover I am a ten-thousand-year-old philosophy Endlessly contemplating The shades of totality I am pain ripped From the terminally ill Blindly groping at the final remnants Of a crumbling existence I am the scream of ecstasy Anxiously pulsing in the electric heavens Of new love I am humanity Caught in the infinite blossom Of color filled eternities In the dance Of Galaxy on the Fingertips I am humanity Sprung forth amidst budding wings Blushing in messy perfection I am humanity Blooming, shaking Alive. ~Jacob A. Raindrop
To have a mind of water, and each thought a wave, crumbling indistinctly, taking shape and dissolving back into it’s infinity.
Each idea a raindrop, appearing and disassembling back into abstraction, back into an ocean of salty potential.
Such is man to God.

The Casual Apocalypse Flowing into the ceaselessness of the moment Coasting the casual apocalypse Pondering the geometry of opportunity Eternally grateful for the house of cards I cohabitate

Rest Now My Friend There is a time for toil And there is a time for rest, A time for soaking in sunsets, For bathing in the effortless crumble of waves As they saunter by. For sipping the passing breeze In it's journey to nowhere in particular. No future nor past Just slumber for the soul Submerged in the warm murmurs of God, Listen closely: you can almost hear them They whisper of peace. Rest now my friend.
